I always like to be transparent with my moms: week 32 is beautiful, but it requires a bit more luck (and hydration!) than week 26 or 28. Because the baby is now about the size of a large squash, they are running out of “wiggle room.”

As we approach the week 36 ultrasound stage, babies tend to nestle their faces deep into the pelvis or press against the placenta. At 32 weeks, we can still usually find a clear window, but it might take a little more work from our sonographers to find that perfect angle.
